1. Services Provided
The Listening Ferry LLC offers Clarity Listening™ coaching services, corporate wellness programs, and related consulting services. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia and serve clients virtually and in-person anywhere in the world. Our services are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit information through this website.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, branding, the Clarity Listening™ methodology, and logos, is the exclusive property of The Listening Ferry LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." The Listening Ferry LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching sessions. Results vary by individual.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Listening Ferry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. SMS & Communications Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from The Listening Ferry LLC related to your appointments and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Any caller who reveals an intention of harming themselves or others, or any reports of abuse including child abuse, elder abuse, or domestic violence, will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement or emergency services.
